A reviewer mentioned that it is hard to set up - it is extremely easy! You literally just open the side, put the weigh in and close it. That's about it :). But I do agree that anything above 50-60lb per side can be a bit uncomfortable for some people. If you can manage, it is a fantastic solution!

The belt works great! Dumbbells are easy to attach and it is easy to use. The belt itself is small and is easy to store. Don’t recommend this for larger dumbbells however.
When I ordered this, I misunderstood what it was exactly. I didn’t realize it was just the belt. It does not include any weights, you have to use your own. This is my own fault though, cause the product description does say it’s just the belt. The belt is good quality and comfortable to wear. It seems very durable so far!
